The latest version of Tappestry is now live in the Apple App Store.

Tappestry is a social network for learning built specifically for mobile devices. Currently, the app is optimized for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Filter your Tappestry learning events

Tappestry version 1.1 has fixed a number of bugs and also introduces several new features requested by the user community. Push notifications have been included in this version, allowing you to see when one of your connections has left a rating or a comment on your thread.

Additionally, you can now add any learning events to a ist of favorites so you can easily rate, reference, or comment on it later.

Filtering the Tappestry view is another upgrade to the latest version of Tappestry. You’re now able to peruse your learning events by time, week, month, year, category and topic.

Very shortly, we’ll be unveiling a Web bookmarklet so you can log events from your laptop or desktop computer. Stay tuned for the update.

Hi, Tried this on the iPad and looks like it has fantastic potential. Definitely needs Android and a pure web interface in the future. Is this the first publicly available tool using Tin Can? Thanks for making it free!
