A great article. I’m really looking forward to gamification increasing it’s footprint, as it’s ability to engage a user is very impressive – see TrueOffice as an example of this. No mention of Windows, particularly with the slew of devices launched at CES? I expect that RIMs downfall this year will be a gain that the Windows platform will exploit aggressively. Otherwise an exciting year ahead looms and I wish the float team continued success for 2012.
Thanks for the comments, Martin.
This newsletter was originally distributed to our email subscribers before CES began, which explains the lack of CES discussion here.
I’m trying to keep an eye on CES so I can write a follow-up article on it next week with devices that might have an impact on mobile.
This is my favorite post from Float in a long time. I love it when you offer links and statistics regarding current case studies and future landscapes.
Thanks for the encouragment, Bryan.
Very well written.
Windows will certainly make an impact in the space…may be at the expense of Blackberry.
